Dear asknet community,

"E-Commerce was the most robust sector, increasing 18.7 percent -- the third consecutive month of double-digit growth -- because of strong sales of small, low-price goods.", says an article of the New York Times of November 4, 2009.

Our efforts have been validated by the international accounting and consulting firm Deloitte. Deloitte nominated asknet to the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, a list that ranks the fastest-growing technology firms in Germany.

asknet places great value on quality and sustainability because we are certain that both factors are essential to our growth. Receiving such a good placement from Deloitte serves as a confirmation of our growth strategy and motivates us to stay on course.

We would like to thank our clients and partners for placing their trust in asknet.

Best regards

3. asknet brings customer service in house and hires 3 bilingual agents in San Francisco bilingual

Starting October 1st 2009 the asknet Customer Service for the US will no longer be outsourced, but instead will be handled in house by customer service agents located in our San Francisco office. To guarantee a smooth transition without service interruption eMails have been handled by our San Francisco based customer service agents since September and phones were officially switched over on October 1th. End users dialing the old numbers will be referred via voice mail to the new service numbers.

asknet Customer Services puts quality first and focuses on the reduction of CPOs (contacts per order) to improve FCR (First Contact Resolution) rather than reducing AHT (average handling time), as quantity driven external providers are often forced to do.

Many of our customers require assistance in Spanish, so, it was important for us to hire Customer Services agents who not only have IT experience, but are also bilingual. And we are pleased to announce that all three of our agents can handle eMail and phone inquries both in English and Spanish. In summary, by bringing customer service in house our clients can expect to benefit from:

• Improved Service Quality - for both Self-Service as well as Live Services
• Enhanced Global Service by providing Live support in Spanish for South and Latin America from our US office
• Pro-activeness in service - since internal agents have higher incentives to promote and improve the use of Self-Service and to detect service improvements that eliminate the need for end users to contact Customer Service at all

asknet Customer Services teams are located in San Francisco, US, Karlsruhe, Germany and Tokyo, Japan (asknet K.K.), managing over half a million self-service enquiries and over 82.000 live enquiries in FY09. Our offer includes self-service portals, live support via eMail and phone, covering 11 languages online (Self-Service) and 8 live (phone and eMail).

5. Learn how to successfully break into emerging markets

Emerging Markets in Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe are now ready for eCommerce and offer huge new opportunities to increase your revenues. An asknet team of experts, native to those growing economies, researched the potential for software vendors wanting to enter these emerging markets, and put their insights into the following three whitepapers:

1. eCommerce in the Countries of Asia
China is the country with the highest population worldwide. Almost 300 million online users also make it the largest online market.

2. eCommerce in the Countries of Eastern Europe
eBusiness in Eastern Europe is poised for explosive growth. Eastern European countries are positioned between developing countries and advanced economies, and they struggle in many ways with the legacies and remainders of socialist politics, economic policies, and business practices.

3. eCommerce in the Countries of Latin America
Although there are only 560 million people living in the Latin America market, and it has a very small Internet penetration, it is the fastest - growing Internet market.

For more information about the whitepaper please send an eMail to: sales@asknet.com and gain new insights into how you can use this potential for your business.
